Corporate Gamification & Motivation Platform

Knowledge Sharing Through Content

Public blog featuring in-depth articles and real-world case studies on applying gamification principles in corporate environments. Content ranged from basic concepts to advanced implementation strategies.

Structured Learning Path

Closed, paid course on corporate gamification with progressive modules. Students learned theory, analyzed case studies, and completed practical exercises applying game mechanics to real business scenarios.

Practical Application

Progress tracking system with assignments focused on implementing gamification in students' own companies. Real-world application was built into the learning journey, not just theoretical knowledge.

The Challenge

An expert wanted to share deep knowledge about gamification and corporate motivation systems while building a business around this expertise. The platform needed to serve multiple purposes: content marketing through free articles, structured education through paid courses, and a foundation for consulting services.

Our Role

We handled the complete product lifecycle—concept development, technical architecture, design, and full development of both the public blog and private course platform.

Impact & Results

The platform became the foundation for a successful consulting practice. Free content attracted potential clients, while the structured course demonstrated expertise and methodology.

Students who completed the course went on to implement gamification systems in their own organizations, with measurable improvements in employee engagement and performance.

The platform served as both a marketing funnel and a delivery mechanism, supporting speaking engagements and corporate consulting work.

LMS for Multi-Stream Education & Sales Funnels

Connecting Learning to Sales and Marketing

We built a sophisticated Learning Management System for Isaac Pintosevich's Russian-speaking business education programs. The platform went beyond basic course delivery—it integrated deeply with CRM and marketing automation to create a complete funnel from first touch to purchase to ongoing engagement.

Market: Russian-speaking business education

Scale: Multiple product lines with different learning paths and pricing tiers

1

The Challenge

Manage multiple learning streams simultaneously while connecting each student's learning progress to sophisticated sales funnels. Different programs needed different paths, pricing, and sales approaches.

2

Platform Features

Classical LMS with courses, lessons, progress tracking, and separation between free preview content and paid full programs. Five distinct learning streams with different content and target audiences.

3

Marketing Integration

Deep integration with CRM and marketing automation. Email sequences triggered by specific learning behaviors. Sales calls scheduled based on student progress and engagement signals.

Automated Marketing Sequences

Warming Sequences

New students received automated email series introducing the instructor, building trust, and demonstrating value before purchase decisions.

Sales Sequences

Students who engaged with free content but hadn't purchased received targeted offers based on their specific interests and progress.

Support Sequences

Paying students received ongoing encouragement, additional resources, and upsell opportunities for advanced programs.

Our Role

Product owner on the client side—we defined requirements, designed architecture, and managed the development team throughout the build and launch process.

Results & Impact

The platform became the core of the entire sales and delivery funnel for multiple product lines. Learning progress directly informed sales strategy, and marketing automation reduced manual work while increasing conversion rates.

Corporate Onboarding & Learning Paths

100,000+ Employees at a Large Industrial Holding

We designed and implemented a comprehensive corporate onboarding and learning platform for a major Ukrainian industrial holding with over 100,000 employees. The challenge was transforming complex, scattered onboarding processes into clear digital journeys that new employees could navigate independently.

1

Problem Analysis

New employees faced overwhelming, unstructured onboarding. Critical information lived in emails, documents, and people's heads. HR and managers spent excessive time answering the same questions repeatedly.

2

Solution Design

We mapped existing processes, identified bottlenecks, and designed role-based learning paths. Each role got customized onboarding with specific tasks, checkpoints, and success criteria.

3

Platform Build

Built integrated educational platform with task-based onboarding. Each step became a practical assignment with clear completion criteria. Progress unlocked next modules automatically.

4

Integration

Connected platform to corporate infrastructure—Azure ecosystem, Microsoft tools, internal chatbots, and AI assistants. Data flowed seamlessly across systems.

Key Platform Features

  • Role-based learning paths – different onboarding journeys for different positions, departments, and seniority levels
  • Task-based progression – each step is a practical assignment, not just reading. Completion requires demonstrating competency
  • Smart triggers – next modules unlock automatically based on progress, role changes, or time in position
  • Microsoft ecosystem integration – seamless connection to Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and other corporate tools
  • AI and chatbot support – employees can ask questions and get instant answers from integrated AI assistants

Our Role & Technology

Role: Product manager and solution architect. We analyzed existing processes, converted them into digital workflows, designed the system architecture, and oversaw implementation.

Technology stack:

  • Python (backend)
  • React (frontend)
  • Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Microsoft 365 integration
  • Corporate chatbots and AI tools

Results & Impact

Structured, unified onboarding across the entire organization. New employees reach productivity faster. Significant reduction in time HR and managers spend on onboarding support.

Knowledge Management for Customer Support

Building a Knowledge Base That Works

We designed a knowledge management system for a corporate support center that goes far beyond a traditional "dump of articles." The challenge was delivering the right knowledge to the right people at exactly the right moment in their learning or work process.

Most knowledge bases fail because they treat all users the same. We implemented a cohort-based structure that segments knowledge by roles, experience levels, and areas of responsibility. This ensures support agents only see information relevant to their specific situation, dramatically reducing information overload.

Cohort-Based Knowledge Structure

Knowledge segmented by roles, experience levels, and responsibility zones. Each cohort of employees receives access to their specific content layer—beginners don't see advanced troubleshooting, specialists don't wade through basics.

Single Source of Truth

Centralized knowledge platform that eliminates duplicate, contradictory, or outdated information. When procedures change, updates happen once and propagate everywhere instantly.

Learning Paths Integration

Learning paths for new support agents built directly on top of the knowledge base. Training and daily work use the same information structure, creating seamless transition from learning to doing.

Our Role

We served as the architect of the knowledge structure and learning path design. This involved analyzing support workflows, interviewing experienced agents, mapping information needs, and designing the taxonomy and access control systems.

The key insight: knowledge management is not about technology—it's about understanding how people actually use information in their work.

Results & Impact

  • Faster onboarding – new support agents reach competency 40% faster
  • More consistent quality – answers based on approved knowledge, not individual interpretation
  • Unified system – training and daily work use the same knowledge base, eliminating disconnect between learning and practice
  • Continuous improvement – gaps in knowledge become visible quickly, enabling rapid content updates

Niche Education & Peer-to-Peer Learning

Three Projects Demonstrating Different Approaches

1

Astrology Online School (Baltic Region)

Challenge: Launch a specialized niche school without building custom software from scratch. The market was small but dedicated, and speed to market mattered more than custom features.

What we did: Selected and configured a suitable third-party educational platform. Redesigned the course structure and learning logic to match astrology education patterns. Uploaded content, set up pricing tiers, and configured access levels.

Results: Hundreds of students completed astrology programs successfully. The school got a scalable digital foundation that could grow without technical debt, enabling the founder to focus on teaching rather than technology.

2

Beyond Mountain — English School as Educational Lift

Market: Students from Kyrgyzstan aiming for foreign universities. Model: Students and native speakers teach and mentor younger students—peer-to-peer knowledge transfer.

Challenge: Not just "teach English" but help students enter foreign universities. Language learning was the means, not the end goal. Programs needed to combine language practice with exam preparation and application skills.

What we did: Built digital infrastructure for group classes and structured programs. Created learning paths with one concrete outcome: admission to foreign universities. Combined language training with practical application support.

Results: Students received not abstract language training but a clear path from local context to international education. Many successfully entered foreign universities.

3

UniAve — Students Helping Students Get into Colleges

Type: Nonprofit, peer-to-peer platform. Market: International, focus on US and other foreign universities.

Challenge: Turn the experience of admitted students into a scalable support system. Students who successfully navigated admissions have valuable knowledge—how can others benefit from it?

What we built:

  • Knowledge base on grants, financial aid, application requirements, and checklists
  • Peer-to-peer support where admitted students help others with essays, applications, and interview preparation
  • Educational modules and step-by-step admission routes

Results: Increased transparency of the admission process. Real social impact—more students from underrepresented backgrounds found their path into foreign colleges.

01

Custom Streaming Platform

We built an educational platform tailored specifically for game streaming education—covering streaming software, content creation tools, audience engagement tactics, and platform-specific strategies.

02

Structured Training Program

Theory modules on streaming fundamentals combined with practical exercises. Students learned content creation, audience growth strategies, personal branding, and monetization approaches. Each module included hands-on streaming assignments.

03

Competitive Format

Academy structure with tasks, mentoring sessions, and battles between participants. Students competed on metrics like audience growth, content quality, and engagement. Top performers advanced through elimination rounds.

04

Hybrid Delivery

Online learning through the custom platform plus offline sessions for practice and networking. Students met in person for workshops, competitions, and final showcase events that attracted media attention.
